Action comedy film Let's Be Cops debut weekend with $ 17.7 million and the sequel to The Expendables 3 is in the fourth position with a total of $ 16.2 million.
That figure is not good news for the movie starring Sylvester Stallone and some older actor, including Dolph Lundgren, Wesley Snipes, Mel Gibson and Harrison Ford.
Ninja Turtles last month criticized because it seemed to show the movie poster or the 9/11 attacks 11 September 2001 in New York.
The poster shows a turtle ninja jump with a background of New York skyscrapers exploding to launch in Australia on September 11.
