Capturing photos without permission and excuse rude behavior of U.S. $ 1.1 million lawsuit .

New York, AS menuntut seorang fotografer yang merekam foto-foto seorang
perempuan yang telanjang dada di teras observasi gedung tersebut.
Menurut si pemilik, tindakan juru foto Allen
Henson di bulan Agustus itu "tak sopan" dilakukan di tempat yang sudah
kondang sebagai lokasi piknik keluarga ditambah Henson tak punya izin
melakukan acara foto di gedung pencakar langit itu.Henson mengatakan foto-foto itu diambil oleh seorang temannya hanya melalui kamera telepon dan sama sekali "tak bernilai komersial".
Juru foto asal New York itu adalah seorang veteran perang Iraq dan kepada BBC ia mengatakan baru tahu kalau dirinya dituntut Senin (13/01) lalu sehingga belum sempat menunjuk pengacara dalam kasus ini.
"Itu bukan sesi pengambilan foto," seru Henson sambil menambahkan sang model telanjang dada adalah temannya, Shelby Carter, yang diambil dari lantai 86 teras obeservasi gedung.
'Tidak masuk akal'
"Kami pikir pasti keren pemandangannya luar biasa… tak ada bahaya, tak melanggar apa-apa," tambahnya. "Tak ada yang dirugikan, tidak ada anak-anak di situ."Dalam gugatan yang dilayangkan di Kantor Pengadilan Tinggi Negara Bagian New York, perusahaan yang memiliki Gedung Empire State mengatakan pengambilan foto ini telah mengancam kemampuan mereka untuk memberikan layanan turistik "dengan aman, nyaman dan patut bagi keluarga dan pengunjung".
Pengelola gedung juga mempersoalkan si tukang foto tak punya izin untuk mengambil gambar tersebut di lokasi yang sudah menjadi merek dagang sangat terkemuka di AS dan bahkan dunia sebagai salah satu pencakar langit tertinggi dunia.
Lokasi ini diklaim mampu menarik empat juta wisatawan setiap tahun.
Kepada BBC Hendon mengaku tak paham kenapa pengelola gedung mempersoalkan foto itu sementara banyak turis lain juga mengambil foto dan video dengan alat rekam mereka namun tak dipersoalkan.
"Tak masuk akal," katanya tentang gugatan itu.
